What does any condition mean?
This means you do not have to make repairs or fix it up in order for us to sell it.
What determines my offer?
There are a number of factors that we consider in order to evaluate your house, some of these include: Current condition, cost of repairs for resale, and value of the property compared to similar properties in the area.
What if I change my mind?
You do not have to accept any offer we give you. If you do accept our offer, you will also have a 3-day grace period after signing should you change your mind.
Are there any hidden fees?
Once you accept our offer, we do not charge you a commission or any fees. If you choose to sell with us, we can even cover your basic closing costs.
What Should I Expect at Closing?
Contracts are exchanged and you will get your payment at the closing.
How fast can you buy my home?
The timeline depends on a number of things. Once you sign the contract, we do our best to meet your deadlines. Typically, 30 days or less.
What type of properties do you buy?
We will consider anything. Mostly houses, condos, townhomes and multi-tenant properties but we look at commercial properties and land also.
Can I sell if I am behind on my payments?
Yes you can, delinquent payments will not stop you from being able to sell your house.
